Dr. Bordelon coordinates the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement for the University. Her teaching and research interests include literacy studies, composition pedagogy and theory, ethics, advanced composition, argument, and nineteenth-century women’s rhetorics. She is the author of A Feminist Legacy: The Rhetoric and Pedagogy of Gertrude Buck. In addition, her writing has appeared in College Composition and Communication, Rhetoric Society Quarterly, Rhetoric Review, the Journal of Teaching Writing, and Nineteenth-Century Prose.
