Students in the MA Program in Rhetoric and Writing Studies may
apply for a Teaching Associateship in the department's Teaching
Associate Program. The program offers opportunities to teach a
variety of undergraduate writing classes to a diverse student body.
It provides ongoing professional training and support for TAs,
who are encouraged to discover links between their graduate work
in rhetoric, their own literacy practices, and their teaching of
writing and reading.
