Cathy Hoffman has been teaching in the Rhetoric and Writing Studies department for over twenty years. She is currently living in downtown San Diego with her husband, who teaches English at Mesa College. She has two sons, one living in Hollywood and the other waiting for his visa to live in Beijing with his girlfriend and teach English. Cathy is the co-author of several college-level textbooks. She enjoys reading, physical training, and beautiful shoes.
